RAUN 2026-2027 sessions
2 in-person sessions (3 days each): End of October 2026 (Barcelona) and end of April 2027 (Vienna) (dates to be confirmed)
2 online sessions (3 to 4 hours each): dates to be confirmed
NOTE: For successful completion of the Academy, participants are strictly required to participate in all sessions and to fully contribute to the final research outcome.

Application procedure
The application is open to Master’s and PhD students, as well as recent graduates (who must have graduated no more than one year prior to applying - this is a pilot initiative, please see here for more details), from all academic fields, and between the ages of 21 and 35, who are based in Europe.
Please complete the online application form and upload the following required documents as instructed in the form (strictly in the following order!) by 24th May 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
Recent CV (2 pages) in English
Motivation letter (one page) in English
Transcript of records / overview of university grades in English
(For recent graduates please submit:
(i) Degree certificate or official confirmation of completion; and
(ii) Official transcript).
Please also attach a note that explains grading system in the country you are studying (e.g. in Germany grade 1 is A (the best mark), while in Poland grade 5 is A).Sample of written academic paper (preferably in English):
This could be a BA or MA thesis, a module paper, a paper submitted for a conference, a proposal for a MA or PhD thesis, etc. The sample should not be less than 1 page and longer than 20 pages.Two names of referees (professors or former employers).
